Email communications with bethany@tendedpathcounseling.com are handled through Google Workspace, which has a HIPAA BAA in place with Tended Path Counseling.

Contact inquiries and communications are retained for a reasonable period consistent with standard business practice and applicable law. Clinical records are subject to separate retention requirements under Washington State law (WAC 246-809-035) and HIPAA.
